Mail a complaint to a professional regulator

Lawyer, accountant, engineer, health professional: when a dispute with a professional leads to a complaint, the letter and exhibits must arrive complete at the right office. We handle the printing and mailing.

Where to send the complaint

Every regulated profession answers to a provincial regulator: a law society for lawyers (the Law Society of Ontario, the Law Society of British Columbia…), a college for physicians, nurses or pharmacists, an institute or association for accountants and engineers. In Quebec, complaints go to the syndic of the professional order.

Check the regulator's website for the exact address and the ways they accept complaints: many also have an online form. If you choose mail, we take it from there.
