Mail a document to Canada from abroad
You're outside the country and a document has to land on a desk in Canada, on paper. Sending it from abroad is expensive and takes weeks — printing it here solves both.
Why print in Canada instead of shipping
An envelope sent from abroad goes through two postal systems and sometimes customs. It takes weeks, the price has nothing to do with the actual weight, and tracking often stops at the border.
When you upload the file, printing happens in Canada and the envelope travels as domestic mail: 3 to 7 business days, at domestic rates, from $7.
Common situations
A signed legal document — a contract, a letter, a formal notice — that has to reach its recipient. A form for a Canadian agency. Or simply papers for family back home.
In every case the problem is the same: you have neither a Canadian printer nor a Canadian mailbox.
Printed copy or original: ask first
We print the file you upload: the recipient gets a printout, not your original. That's enough for many documents — forms, signed letters, supporting documents — but not all of them.
A document that must carry an original ink signature, a seal or an apostille has to travel as the original. Only the recipient can tell you what they accept: an email before ordering saves a round trip.
When you need proof
Choose registered mail: the envelope is handed in at the Canada Post counter, then tracked to delivery, with the recipient's signature. The tracking number is emailed to you wherever you are, and we keep the mailing receipt.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a Canadian address to order?
No. Only the delivery address has to be in Canada. You can order from anywhere.
Can I pay with a foreign card?
Yes. Payment goes through Stripe and accepts international cards. The amount is in Canadian dollars; your bank applies its exchange rate.
Do you deliver outside Canada?
No. Printing and delivery are in Canada only.
Will the recipient get my original?
No, a printout of the uploaded file. If the original is required, it has to travel as the original: check with the recipient before ordering.
How do I know the document arrived?
With registered mail, online tracking shows when it was accepted and the recipient's signature on delivery. By registered mail, 5 black-and-white pages come to $31.24 CAD all in.
Is a phone photo of a document good enough?
If it's sharp, well framed and readable, yes. For a multi-page document, a PDF gives a much better result.
