Print and mail a document without a printer

You need a paper copy, and the only printer around is the one at work — or there is none at all. Here is how to send a printed document without owning one.

The real problem

Home printers are disappearing. When an agency, a landlord or an employer asks for a paper document, you are left with the post office, the print shop down the street — open while you are at work — or asking someone for a favour.

InkShip does both steps at once: printing and mailing. You upload a file, enter the delivery address, and the document goes out.

How it works

  1. Upload your filePDF, Word (.docx), JPG or PNG, up to 50 MB. Pages are counted automatically and the price shows before you pay.
  2. Pick your optionsColour or black and white, single or double-sided, number of copies. Letter size.
  3. Enter the addressYours, or the address of whoever the document is for. They don't have to be the same.
  4. Pay and you're doneThe document is printed and mailed within 24 business hours. Delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days.

We can mail it to someone else

It's the question we get most. The delivery address is up to you: nothing says you have to mail it to yourself. Send a signed contract to a client, a form to an agency, or photos to your grandparents.
